Yes, in fact we are very popular with disabled customers thanks to our wheelchair-friendly layout and close proximity to Trinity Square Car Park.
How do I book?
you can book by phone, email or via the website booking form. we only take bookings for six or more people, however we do accept bookings for smaller groups on special occasions such as mothers day, fathers day, valentines and over christmas. at any other time, please just turn up and we should have no problems getting you seated.
Does Tama cater for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes, in fact we’re very popular with veggies and vegans thanks to our tasty vegetarian dishes, including over 18 main dishes and 5 starters! No other place in town can beat that!
Does Tama cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes, definitely! Everything we make is fresh, meaning we can be very accommodating for all dietary requirements. Just talk to one of the team when you come in and we’ll be happy to alter dishes if we can and advise on suitable items if you have any allergies or intolerances.
Is Tama child friendly?
Yes, VERY! We have high chairs and baby changing facilities. We are also happy to warm up baby food and supply kids’ cutlery – perfect for little fingers! And don’t forget our amazing kids’ menu!
Does Tama do delivery?
yes, we do! grab a take out menu from the restaurant or take a look at the menu here. if you’re happy to collect, then just give us a call and let us know what you’re after. or if you live/work nearby and would like your food delivered, we have teamed up with deliveroo who will have it with you pronto – order your takeout online here.
Where can you park near Tama?
If you’re quickly popping in to collect a takeaway order, you can park on Burton Street. If you’re dining with us, Trinity Square Car Park is just around the corner.
Are tama’s ingredients ethically sourced?
Yes, this is something we’re very keen on. For example we use sustainable white fish such as coley, instead of cod.
Does tama use GM products or MSG in their cooking?
NO – not at all.
Does tama cater for large groups?
Yes, we can cater for groups of up to 60 people (possibly even larger upon request!) and we can seat up to 26 people around one large table, so your group can enjoy their meal together! We can also cater for parties and special events, such as Christmas parties, and have even catered a wedding party!

What are the conditions of Tama’s 2-4-1 curry bowls promotion?
you simply buy any curry bowl and get another for free. valid only when you buy at least one drink. the cheapest curry bowl is free and the offer is valid all day sunday to thursday with an original cinema ticket that has a voucher on the back. to redeem the voucher it must be presented at time of ordering. maximum of four vouchers per dining group.
